Returns
We hope you and your mini-beast are happy with your purchase! Not completely satisfied? No worries. At Babygains, you have 14 days to return your order.
Return Conditions
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and – if reasonably possible – returned in its original packaging.
- Unfortunately, personalized or used products cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
How to return your order?
- Send an email to [info@babygains.nl] with:
- Your order number
- The products you want to return
- (Optional) the reason for return – this helps us improve, OR fill in the return form.
- Pack your items securely and, if possible, include a copy of the packing slip or your order number.
- Send your return to the following address:

- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the amount to your account within 5 business days.
