This company is horrible. I ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I spoke to the customer service team who not only was extremely unhelpful, but when I asked for a refund they said they can’t give me one until I received it. They also said verbatim “we can’t locate your order but once we do we’ll send tracking details”. So for all I know this will never arrive and I will never get a refund.
