We ship to the United States, Canada, and across Europe. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Knoxville, Tennessee (US orders) or via our European logistics partner (EU orders).

How We Calculate Shipping
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order. Single items like our Kettlebell Set or Barbell typically fall in the lightest tier. Bundles and kits are in the mid tier. Our largest studio sets fall in the heavy tier.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipping outside the US, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect duties or taxes at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@babygains.nl and we'll sort it out.
