How do I get started?
Download BabyGains Play from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, add your child's info, and start your first workout in under 2 minutes.
What ages is the app for?
BabyGains Play is designed for children aged 0-8, split into four groups: Tiny Gains (0-2), Little Gains (2-4), Junior Gains (4-6), and Strong Gains (6-8).
Is the app free?
Yes! BabyGains Play is free to download with access to core workouts. Premium unlocks 400+ workouts, AI Coach, Tribe community, and gear workouts. If you own BabyGains equipment, you get full Premium access for free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). We don't have access to cancel on your behalf.
Is my child's data safe?
Absolutely. BabyGains Play is COPPA and GDPR compliant. We don't show ads, don't track your child, and never share data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need BabyGains equipment?
No! Most workouts are bodyweight-only. But if you own our wooden fitness gear (barbell, kettlebell, sled), you'll unlock dedicated equipment workouts.
