What it is
BabyGains Play is a phone app for parents and kids. You open it, it gives you a five-minute movement session your child can actually follow, and then it gets out of the way while the two of you do it.
It covers three stages of the same family. Pregnancy, week by week. The first year, as a feed and sleep log. And ages 1 to 8, as 146 guided workouts with 649 illustrated exercises. Same app, same account, no second purchase when your family moves from one stage to the next.

What the app does
Not a feature list nobody opens twice. These are the four screens a family actually lives in.
The workout library
The Movement Path lays out sessions by age level, each one about five minutes, each one worth points. You are never staring at a grid deciding what your kid can handle today.
Create your own
Add the moves you already do together, pick reps or seconds, pick sets, save it. It runs like any other workout, it earns the same points, and it is there again tomorrow.
The progress tab
A skills mix per child across strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and games, plus height and weight if you log them. It shows you what happened. It does not rank your kid against anybody.
Lock-In Mode
Your own apps pause until you have done the five minutes with your kid. It is the only feature here built for the parent instead of the child, and it is the reason the streak survives a bad week.
